摘要
目的 探讨课程思政建设在急诊医学中的应用。方法 以中国医学科学院北京协和医学院临床医学八年制大学五年级至七年级的医学生为研究对象,在进行《急诊医学》课程讲授后发放自设调查问卷。从医学生对课程思政的了解程度、课程思政内容形式合理性及教学效果、课程思政现实必要性及改进方式进行评价。结果 融入课程思政的《急诊医学》课程受到学生好评(思政的内容及形式满意率为92.1%~100%),对医学生的创新能力、自主学习能力、团队合作能力和社会责任感等方面均有所帮助(教学效果满意率为92.1%~98.9%)。但医学生对课程思政的理解程度不深;对临床实践操作能力、自主学习能力和创新思维能力的融入不足是目前医学课程思政的劣势。结论 急诊医学的课程思政建设非常必要,未来可通过加强教师培训、引导自主学习、增加实践机会和开展课堂讨论等方式进行改进。
Objective To explore the application of the curriculum of ideological and political education in emergency medicine.Methods Medical students in the fifth to seventh year of the eighth year of clinical medicine at the Peking Union Medical College of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences were research objects.A self-administered questionnaire was distributed after the emergency medicine course was taught.The evaluation was based on the degree of medical students′understanding of the ideological and political courses,the rationality of the content and form of the ideological and political courses and the teaching effect,the practical necessity and improvement methods of the ideological and political courses.Results The emergency medicine course that integrated ideological and political education into the curriculum was well received by students(ideological and political content satisfaction rate 92.1%-100%),and it improved medical students′innovation ability,independent learning ability,teamwork ability and social responsibility(teaching effect satisfaction rate 92.1%-98.9%).However,medical students did not have a deep understanding of the ideological and political courses;the insufficient integration of clinical practical abilities,independent learning abilities and innovative thinking abilities was the disadvantages of the current medical ideological and political courses.Conclusions The ideological and political construction of emergency medicine courses is very necessary,and can be improved in the future by strengthening teacher training,guiding independent learning,increasing practical opportunities and conducting classroom discussion.
