Chinese-style digitization has successively gone through the start-up period,the growth period,the transformation period and the leading period,crossed the huge digital divide,created the Chinese miracle of digitization,and is moving towards a digital China.Chinese-style digitization has shown an"S"-shaped trend of evolution,giving full play to the role of resource allocation in the effective market,and is highly correlated to and mutually reinforcing with the level of economic development,reflecting the general law of digitization of all countries in the world.Chinese-style digitalization adheres to the value orientation of putting the people in the first place,makes good use of the government's"hand of planning",and actively promotes global digital win-winism,presenting distinctive Chinese characteristics of digitalization.In order to accelerate the construction of a digital China,it is necessary to continue to strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure,accelerate the factorization,resourceization and assetization of data,comprehensively promote the integration of digital technologies into the five-sphere integrated plan,give full play to the advantages of a new system for mobilizing the resources nationwide to achieve breakthroughs in core digital technologies in key fields as soon as possible,build a strong digital security capacity,modernize the state digital governance system and capacity,and push for the construction of a community of shared future in cyberspace.
