新兴青年群体价值观变迁及其影响因素分析

Analysis of Value Changes and Its Influencing Factors of Emerging Youth Group

新兴青年群体是新时代中国青年的重要组成部分,也是实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要力量,其社会关系和思想变动亟须研究。本文使用了中国社会科学院社会学研究所和北京市团市委组织实施的“北京市新兴青年群体状况调查”数据,并辅以“中国社会状况综合调查”数据,分析了我国新兴青年群体价值观的变迁状况及其影响因素,特别是关注新兴青年群体价值观的内部差异。研究发现,与其他青年群体相比,新兴青年群体价值观的“后物质主义”倾向更强。此外,这种“后物质主义”价值观在新兴青年群体内部呈现显著分化,职业类型、受教育程度、婚姻状况和性别等因素都对其价值观念产生显著影响。分析认为,我国经济社会结构的深刻变化是形塑新兴青年群体价值观念变迁的重要机制。本文对理解新兴青年这一迅速崛起的群体以及我国社会结构深刻变化状况都具有一定的理论与应用价值。

The emerging youth group is an important part of the Chinese youth in the new era,and also an important force to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.There is an urgent need to study its social relations and ideological changes.While adopting data from the"Survey on Emerging Youth in Beijing'organized by the Institute of Sociology of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the Beijing Municipal Commitee of the Communist Youth League,which is supplemented by data from the Chinese Social Survey(CSS),this article makes analysis on the changes and influencing factors of the values of the emerging youth group in China,with a particular focus on the internal differences in their values.The study found that emerging youth groups have a stronger"post-materialism"tendency for values than other youth groups.In addition,this"post-materialism"values are significantly differentiated within the emerging youth group,with factors such as occupation type,education level,marital status and gender all making significant impact on their values.According to the analysis,the profound change of China's economic and social structure is an important mechanism to shape the change of the values of the emerging youth groups.This paper has certain theoretical and applied value for understanding the rapidly emerging group of emerging youth and the profound changes in China's social structure.
