陶行知何以推行“小先生制”?

摘要 实现高质量的教育普及是陶行知一生的梦想与追求,“小先生制”是陶行知在教育实践探索与理性反思后形成的本土化、原创性教育普及制度。所谓“小先生制”,是以“在做上学”“在做上教”为原则、以“即知即传”为途径、以“小孩教小孩”“小孩教大人”为方式、以实现知识传递、更新和教育普及为目的的教育制度。陶行知之所以创建“小先生制”,是因为“小先生”能够承担部分教育职责,能够化解师资与经费不足的现实困境,可以有效解决教育普及问题,可以为教育注入活力,可以出现“知识为公”的效果。“小先生制”的有效实施,需要以“即知即传”、导师及时指导、在全社会范围内招生、改造民众生活等方式展开。 It is Tao Xingzhi's lifelong dream and pursuit to realize high-quality education popularization,and the“Little Educator System” is a localized and original education popularization system formed by Tao after exploring and rationally reflecting on education practice.The so-called “Little Educator System” is based on the principle of“learning by doing” and “teaching by doing”.Through “children teaching children” and “children teach adults”,knowledge transfer is achieved.The reason why Tao Xingzhi created the “Little Educator System” is that children can take part of the educational responsibilities,can solve the reality of the dilemma of insufficient teachers and funds,can effectively solve the problem of popularization of women's education,can inject vitality into education,and can emerge as the “knowledge for the public”.The effective implementation of the “Little Educator System”needs to be carried out in the form of “immediate knowledge and transmission”,timely guidance by tutors,enrollment in the whole society,and transformation of people's lives.
