摘要
自传体叙事心理研究自20世纪末以来,在认知心理学的方法论上成为一个新的增长点。高校自传体叙事心理研究给予大学生日常化的真情体味,对大学生进行个体化的心灵成长关照,对其实施最广泛的心灵关切:通过“自觉”方式建构生命经验、整合存在世界,通过“自省”方式建构生命故事、审视存在状态,通过“自悟”方式重建生命经验、重建存在意义,通过“自愈”方式书写生命故事、实现心理愈合。因此,高校大学生自传体心理叙事研究具有提高反思性、建构良好人际关系、完善人格结构的功能。
The study of autobiographical narrative psychology has become a new growth point in the methodology of cognitive psychology since the end of the 20th century.The research on the psychology of autobiographical narrative in universities provides college students with a daily and authentic experience,individualized care for their spiritual growth,and the widest range of spiritual concerns for college students.They construct life experiences and integrate the world of existence through a “conscious” approach,construct life stories and examine the state of existence through a “self-reflection” approach,and reconstruct life experiences and the meaning of existence through a “selfawareness” approach.Therefore,the study of autobiographical psychological narrative among college students has the function of improving reflection,constructing good interpersonal relationships,and improving personality structure.
