“以学生为中心”的药理学教学改革探索与实践

摘要 目的药理学知识点多、内容抽象,传统的教学模式难以达到教学目标,亟需改革以提高教学效果。方法教学团队通过调研、学习、商讨,分析药理学的学科特点及学生学情,确定教学改革策略、实施途径及目标。结果教学团队确立了“以学生为中心”的教学改革策略、目标,将教学实施过程分为课前、课中、课后,并依据教学过程特点建立了教学资源库、习题库、优化教学课件、应用多种教学平台及教学方法、融入社会主义核心价值观教育、培养学生的创新能力等。结论通过以上教学改革措施,调动了学生学习积极性和主动性,提高了药理学教学效果。 OBJECTIVE Due to the numerous knowledge points and abstract content of objective pharmacology,the traditional teaching models were difficult to achieve teaching objectives,and there is an urgent need for reform to improve teaching effectiveness.METHODS The teaching team had analyzed the disciplinary characteristics of pharmacology and students'learning situation through research,learmning,and discussion,and determined teaching reform strategies,implementation paths,and goals.RESULTS The teaching team had established a“student-centered”teaching reform strategy and goals,dividing the teaching implementation process into pre class,during class,and after class.Based on the characteristics of the teaching process,a teaching resource library,exercise library,optimized teaching courseware,applied multiple teaching platforms and methods,integrated socialist core values education,and cultivated students'innovative abilities have been established.CONCLUSION Through the above teaching reform measures,students'learning enthusiasm and initiative have been mobilized,and the effectiveness of pharmacology teaching has been improved.
