摘要
目的 了解新型冠状病毒感染期间颈椎病患者的诊疗情况及身心健康。方法 采用互联网线上问卷调查,对全国多个省市疫情以前正在接受治疗或准备治疗的颈椎病患者在疫情期间的就诊状态及心理健康情况进行线上问卷调查。并对统计结果采用SPSS 22.0进行分析。结果 此次调查共收集有效问卷408份,出现治疗延迟或中断有258例(63.24%),并对治疗延迟中断的时间进一步分析发现,53.68%患者治疗延迟>4周。在疫情以前,颈椎病患者多以门诊和医院就诊为主,占69.12%;疫情期间门诊、医院就诊率明显下降23.29%,但网络医疗平台使用率仅上调6.38%。参与调查的颈椎病人群中有218例(53.43%)患者焦虑≥50分,≥60分达到需要进行相应心理干预或口服抗焦虑抑郁药物的程度,高达32.6%,治疗延迟和中断人群中焦虑患者(58.14%)与非治疗延迟或中断人群焦虑患者(41.61%)率的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 大部分颈椎病患者正常诊疗和复查、随诊因新冠肺炎疫情而延迟或中断。此外,颈椎病患者因疫情导致治疗延迟或中断造成焦虑心理状态明显增高。在疫情期间颈椎病患者除了提供便捷的诊疗指导及心理疏导帮助外,还需要对其生活需求、经济财富等多方面进行管理帮助,使患者从容应对疫情,管理好心理压力,控制疫情及颈椎病的发生发展。
Objective To understand the diagnosis and treatment status,mental health status and needs of patients with cervical spondylosis during covid-19(covid-19) epidemic.Methods An online questionnaire was used to investigate the treatment status and mental health of patients with cervical spondylosis who were receiving treatment or preparing for treatment before the epidemic in 27 provinces and cities.SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the statistical results.Results a total of 408 valid questionnaires were collected in this survey,and 258 patients(63.24%) had treatment delay or interruption.Further analysis of the time of delayed treatment interruption showed that 53.68% of the patients had treatment delay of more than 4 weeks.Before the epidemic,the majority of patients with cervical spondylosis were outpatient clinics and hospitals,accounting for 69.12%.Before the epidemic,the majority of patients with cervical spondylosis were outpatient clinics and hospitals,accounting for 69.12%.During the epidemic period,the outpatient and hospital treatment rates decreased by 23.29 percent,but the utilization rate of online medical platforms increased by only 6.38 percent.Among the investigated cervical spondylosis population,218 patients(53.43%) had anxiety ≥50 points,up to 32.6%≥60 points,which required corresponding psychological intervention or oral anti-anxiety and depression drugs.Moreover,the rate of anxious patients(58.14%) in the delayed or interrupted treatment group was statistically significant compared with that in the non-delayed or interrupted treatment group(41.61%),the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The majority of patients with cervical spondylopathy had their normal diagnosis and treatment,reexamination and follow-up treatment delayed or interrupted due to covid-19.In addition,patients with cervical spondylosis had significantly increased anxiety due to treatment delay or interruption caused by the epidemic.During the epidemic period,in addition to providing convenient diagnosis and treatment guidance and psychological counseling,patients with cervical spondylosis also need help in the management of their living needs,economic wealth and other aspects,so that patients can calmly cope with the epidemic,manage their psychological pressure,and control the occurrence and development of the epidemic and cervical spondylosis.
