痿厥因机证治文献研究

Literature Study on Evidence and Treatment of Flaccidity Syndrome

以《黄帝内经》所论痿厥,结合后世大量医家著作,对痿厥因机证治进行考察研究。通过归纳分类,提炼出湿热寒阻滞、阳明虚、肝肾不足、肾精亏虚、阴虚内热、脾热和血气不通7种病因病机,并全面考察了针对这些病因病机的证治规律、方药应用特点及针刺常用腧穴。对痿厥当今临床因机证治研究提供文献理论依据。

In this paper,it examined the causes and treatments of impotence and syncope in the context of Huangdi Neijing and a large number of later medical writings.Through generalization and classification,seven etiological mechanisms were extracted,namely,dampness,heat and cold obstruction,Yangming deficiency,liver and kidney deficiency,kidney essence deficiency,Yin deficiency and internal heat,spleen heat and blood deficiency.It is expected to provide a theoretical basis in the literature for the study of the clinical etiology and treatment of impotence and syncope today.
