糖尿病性勃起功能障碍中医发病机制

Pathogenesis of Diabetic Erectile Dysfunction in Traditional Chinese Medicine

糖尿病性勃起功能障碍随着其发病率的增长,引发越来越多的关注。中医将其归属于“消渴并阳痿”的范畴,临床各医家或从气血津液着手,或从脏腑学说论治,或从临床病理产物论述,对其病因病机认识不尽相同,故目前临床尚缺乏全面系统的“消渴并阳痿”中医病机的认识。结合古代各家之言及现代临床特点,从脾虚、肾虚、肝郁、湿热、血瘀、津亏等方面把握糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的发病机制,为临床中医药预防及治疗提供一定参考依据。

With the increasing incidence rate of diabetes induced erectile dysfunction,more and more attention has been paid.Traditional Chinese medicine attributes it to the category of “Xiaoke and impotence”.Clinical doctors have different understanding of its etiology and pathogenesis,either from Qi,blood and body fluid,or from the theory of Zang-Fu organs or the discussion of clinical pathological products.Therefore,there is still a lack of comprehensive and systematic understanding of the pathogenesis of “Xiaoke and impotence” in clinical practice.The purpose of this paper is to grasp the pathogenesis of diabetes erectile dysfunction from six aspects:spleen deficiency,kidney deficiency,liver depression,damp-heat,blood stasis and body fluid deficiency combined with the thoughts of ancient scholars and modern clinical characteristics,so as to provide a certain reference basis for clinical prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
