中医药治疗化疗后骨髓抑制研究进展

化疗是治疗恶性肿瘤的主要手段,其抑瘤作用显著,但不良反应较多,最常见的为骨髓抑制,它是化疗成功与否的关键因素。近年来中医药治疗化疗后骨髓抑制(MAC)显示出其独特的优势,不仅可以减轻骨髓抑制,而且可以增强机体免疫力,提高患者生活质量,其治疗方法主要包括中药单药、中药复方、中成药、针灸疗法、穴位贴敷及注射等。但目前研究中仍存在很多不足之处,如缺乏大样本、随机对照的临床及动物实验,中医药具体作用机制尚不明确,疗效评价标准不统一等,有待于未来进一步研究。
