天柱康熥方治疗风寒痹阻型神经根型颈椎病的临床研究

Clinical Study of Tianzhu Kangteng Fang(天柱康熥方) in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的 评价天柱康熥方治疗风寒痹阻型神经根型颈椎病(cervical radiculopathy,CR)的临床疗效,并初步探讨影响疗效的相关因素。方法 研究采用随机对照试验方法对天柱康熥方外用治疗风寒痹阻型神经根型颈椎病进行临床研究,受试者为2021年8月—2021年12月北京中医药大学东直门医院东区骨伤科门诊患者68例,分为治疗组和对照组各34例。治疗组采用天柱康熥方颈部热敷+颈椎针刺,对照组单纯采用颈椎针刺治疗,于治疗前和治疗后随访观测患者临床疗效情况。结果 两组患者治疗前进行颈部疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)量表、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)、症状体征积分评估,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组在颈部疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)量表、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)、症状体征积分评估上均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率97.06%高于对照组的88.24%(P<0.01)。结论 天柱康熥方对改善风寒痹阻型神经根型颈椎病患者的颈肩疼痛、减少颈椎功能障碍有较好疗效。

Objective To objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Tianzhu Kangteng Fang(天柱康熥方) in treatment of cervical radiculopathy.Methods A randomized and controlled clinical method was used in this study to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Tianzhu Kangteng Fang.The subjects were 68 CR outpatients from the Department of Orthopaedics(Dongzhimen Hospital Tongzhou Affiliated to Beijing University of Chinese Medicine),August 2018 to December 2018.They were randomly divided into experimental group(n=34) and control group(n=34).Experimental group were treated with Tianzhu Kangteng Fang and cervical acupuncture,control group were treated with cervical acupuncture,each groups was observed at baseline and after last treatment.Results There was no significant difference in VAS,NDI and symptom score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS,NDI and symptom score of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.06%,and that of the control group was 88.24%(P<0.01).Conclusion Tianzhu Kangteng Fang is effective in relieving neck and shoulder pain and reducing neck disability in patients caused by CR.
