超声可视化针刀治疗技术的临床价值和学术价值探讨 被引量:2

摘要 超声可视化针刀治疗技术是全新的针刀治疗模式,是针刀疗法意义重大的创新之一。临床方面,借助超声可视化技术,针刀松解的病灶部位及其周围组织明确可见,避免了对正常组织的损伤,安全性更高,可视下的精准松解,提高了临床疗效;超声可视化针刀技术,将针刀医学带入了精准化医疗行列,临床上将获得更广泛的认可及运用。学术方面,进一步完善了针刀医学的“闭合性手术理论”,借助超声可视化技术,将非直视下的针刀治疗变得直观可见,实现了对病灶的精准治疗及对病灶松解程度的合理控制,为针刀治疗技术临床规范的制定创造了条件,促进了针刀医学教学和培训的同质化难题的解决,缩短了针刀合格专职医生的培养时间,有助于临床科研的开展以及对针刀医学更深层次探索。 Ultrasound visualization acupotomy therapy technology is a new acupotomy treatment mode,and it is one of the significant innovations of acupotomy.In the clinical aspect,with the help of ultrasound visualization technology,the focus and surrounding tissues of needle knife release can be clearly seen,and it means higher safety,and accurate release improves clinical efficacy.This technology enables needle knife medicine to step into the ranks of precision medicine,which can be expected to be more widely recognized and applied in clinical practice.Academically,the“closed surgery theory”of acupotomy has been further improved.With the help of ultrasonic visualization technology,the acupotomy treatment under indirect vision has become intuitive and visible,realizing the precise treatment of lesions and reasonable control of the degree of tumor lysis,creating conditions for the formulation of clinical norms of acupotomy treatment technology,solving the homogenization problem of acupotomy teaching and training,and shortening the training time for qualified full-time doctors.It is helpful for the development of clinical research and deeper exploration of needle knife medicine.
