摘要
恶性肿瘤发病率与病死率日益递增,对人类健康造成巨大威胁,已成为全球关注的公共卫生问题。目前,以放化疗为主治疗肿瘤疾病的方法因其不良反应大、预后不良及肿瘤耐药等短板,使肿瘤治疗遭遇瓶颈。中医药以其多途径、多靶点、多通路调控的优势在抗肿瘤方面崭露头角。石蒜碱是石蒜科植物的主要有效成分,研究表明,石蒜碱具有显著的抗肿瘤活性,对肾癌、肝癌、结直肠癌、肺癌、宫颈癌、前列腺癌、骨髓瘤、白血病、乳腺癌等均有抑制作用。文章就石蒜碱近年来抗肿瘤相关研究进行综述,对其抗肿瘤作用机制进行归纳总结,以期为其抗肿瘤开发利用提供一定参考。
The incidence and mortality of malignant tumors are increasing day by day,which poses a great threat to human health and has became a public health problem of global concern.At present,the treatment of tumor diseases mainly by radiotherapy and chemotherapy has encountered bottlenecks because of its high toxicity and side effects,poor prognosis and tumor drug resistance.Traditional Chinese medicine has come to the fore in anti-tumor because of its advantages of multi-pathway,multi-target and multipathway regulation.Lycorine is the main active ingredient of Amaryllidaceae plants,studies have shown that lycorine has significant anti-tumor activity and has inhibitory effects on kidney cancer,liver cancer,colorectal cancer,lung cancer,cervical cancer,prostate cancer,myeloma,leukemia,breast cancer and so on.In this paper,the anti-tumor related studies of lycorine in recent years were reviewed,and its antitumor mechanism was summarized in order to provide some reference for its anti-tumor development and utilization.
