四君子汤的研究进展及质量标志物预测 被引量:1

摘要 四君子汤是健脾益气的代表方剂。现代药理学研究发现,四君子汤具有降血糖、调节脾胃功能、改善学习记忆、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等功效,临床上常用于治疗糖尿病、多种恶性肿瘤、胃炎和消化性溃疡等疾病,但对其药效物质基础研究较少。对四君子汤的化学成分、药理作用及临床应用的研究进行综述,基于中药质量标志物(Q-marker)“五原则”对四君子汤质量标志物进行预测分析。结果显示,人参皂苷Rg_(1)、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rb_(1)、甘草酸、甘草苷、白术内酯Ⅰ、白术内酯Ⅲ、茯苓酸的专属性高、可测性强,可作为四君子汤的Q-Marker,为四君子汤质量控制体系的建立与完善提供参考。 Sijunzi Decoction(四君子汤)is a representative formula for strengthening spleen and benefiting Qi.Modern pharmacological studies have found that it is effective in lowering blood sugar,regulating spleen and stomach functions,improving learning and memory,anti-oxidation and anti-tumour.It is commonly used clinically in the treatment of diabetes,various malignant tumour,gastritis and peptic ulcer,but the material basis of its medicinal effects is less known.In this paper,it reviewed the chemical composition,pharmacological effects and clinical applications of Sijunzi Decoction,and conducted a predictive analysis of Sijunzi Decoction based on the“five principles”of Chinese medicine quality markers(Q-markers).Ginsenoside Rg_(1),ginsenoside Re,ginsenoside Rb_1,glycyrrhizic acid,glycyrrhizin,atractylenolide I,atractylenolide III and porin acid were found to be highly specific and measurable,and could be used as Q-markers for Sijunzi Decoction,with a view to providing reference for the establishment and improvement of the subsequent quality control system of Sijunzi Decoction.
