摘要
目的探讨肠内营养联合β-羟基-β-甲基丁酸钙营养制剂治疗炎症性肠病的临床效果。方法抽取2019年2月至2023年2月郑州市第二人民医院收治的炎症性肠病患者70例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组予以常规肠内营养治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以β-羟基-β-甲基丁酸钙营养制剂治疗。比较两组患者的营养状态[前白蛋白(PA)、白蛋白(ALB)、转铁蛋白(TF)]、病情控制效果[炎症性肠病症状量表(IBDSI)评分]。结果治疗前,两组患者PA、ALB、TF水平、IBDSI各维度评分比较,差异均未见统计学意义(P均>0.05)。治疗12周后,两组PA、ALB、TF水平均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);IBDSI各维度评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肠内营养联合β-羟基-β-甲基丁酸钙营养制剂治疗炎症性肠病患者可有效改善患者营养状态,提升病情控制效果。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of enteral nutrition combined withβ-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate calcium nutrition preparation in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease.MethodsA total of 70 patients with inflammatory bowel disease treated in Zhengzhou Second Hospital from February 2019 to February 2023 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional enteral nutrition,and the observation group were treated withβ-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate calcium nutrition preparation based on the treatment of the control group.The nutritional status assessed by prealbumin(PA),albumin(ALB)and transferrin(TF),disease control effect assessed by inflammatory bowel disease symptom inventory(IBDSI)scores of the two groups were compared.ResultsBefore treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in PA level,ALB level,TF level and IBDSI scores between the two groups(all P>0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of PA,ALB and TF in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the above indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the IBDSI score in every dimension of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the IBDSI scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionsEnteral nutrition combined withβ-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate calcium nutrition preparation can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients with inflammatory bowel disease,and further enhance the disease control effect.
