硫辛酸注射液联合胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱的效果分析

Therapeutic effect of lipoic acid injection combined with pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets on diabetic neurogenic bladder

目的分析硫辛酸注射液联合胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱(DNB)的临床效果。方法抽取2020年3月至2021年3月平煤神马医疗集团总医院收治的DNB患者106例,按随机数字表法分为研究组与常规组,每组53例。常规组采用硫辛酸注射液,研究组在常规组治疗基础上加用胰激肽原酶肠溶片。比较两组疗效、膀胱功能、神经传导速度、血糖水平及炎性因子水平。结果研究组总有效率(94.34%,50/53)高于常规组(81.13%,43/53),P<0.05。治疗后,研究组逼尿肌压力、残余尿量小于常规组,最大尿流率高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组神经传导速度高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗前后,两组组间和组内空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平比较差异均未见统计学意义(P均>0.05)。治疗后,研究组炎性因子水平低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论硫辛酸注射液联合胰激肽治疗DNB患者,可改善炎症状态,并可恢复神经传导速度和膀胱功能,临床效果显著。

ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical effect of lipoic acid injection combined with pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of diabetic neurogenic bladder(DNB).MethodsA total of 106 patients with DNB treated in General Hospital of Pingmei Shenma Group from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected,and they were divided into study group and routine group according to random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The routine group was given lipoic acid injection,and the study group was given pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets based on the treatment of the routine group.The treatment efficacy,bladder function,nerve conduction velocity,blood glucose level,and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of the study group(94.34%,50/53)was higher than that of the routine group(81.13%,43/53),P<0.05.After treatment,the detrusor pressure and residual urine volume of the study group were lower than those of the routine group,and the maximum urine flow rate was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the nerve conduction velocity of the study group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in levels of fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups before and after treatment(all P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).ConclusionsLipoic acid injection combined with pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets,in the treatment of DNB,can improve inflammatory state,and restore nerve conduction velocity and bladder function.The clinical effect is significant.
