摘要
随着全球电子商务的快速发展,跨境电子商务已经成为一种重要的商业模式。跨境电子商务为全球市场提供了更丰富的选择,物流管理在其中发挥着重要的作用。文章梳理了跨境电子商务、物流管理、葡语国家的相关概念,通过分析跨境电子商务物流管理的制约因素,并以在葡语国家巴西中占据首位市场份额的跨境电子商务Mercado Libre推出的“Mercado Libre Logística”为例,分析了其获得成功的物流管理优化措施,并提出了优化跨境电子商务物流管理的相关建议。对巴西跨境电子商务的物流管理进行研究,有助于中国跨境电子商务拓展巴西市场并抢占葡语国家市场份额。
With the rapid development of global e-commerce,cross-border e-commerce has become an important business model.Cross border e-commerce provides a richer range of choices for the global market,and logistics management plays an important role in it.The paper outlines the relevant concepts of cross-border e-commerce,logistics management,and Portuguese speaking countries.By analyzing the constraints of cross-border e-commerce logistics management,the paper takes the example of Mercado Libre Logística launched by Mercado Libre,which holds the first market share in Portuguese-speaking country of Brazil.Taking it as an example,the paper analyzes its successful logistics management optimization measures,and puts forward relevant suggestions for optimizing logistics management in cross-border e-commerce.Studying the logistics management of cross-border e-commerce in Brazil can help China expand its cross-border e-commerce presence in the Brazilian market and seize market share in Portuguese-speaking countries.
