基于GPS的集装箱码头集卡场内作业路径规划

摘要 根据码头内部道路的设计和实时状态规划集卡的装卸作业路径,是优化传统集装箱码头对场内交通流的管控及调度的有效手段之一。文章针对传统集装箱码头集卡场内作业最优路径的确定问题,提出了一套堆位级别的集卡场内作业路径规划方案,明确了传统集装箱码头在不具备AGV水平运输设备的情况下,如何通过GPS并结合有向图的求解引导集卡依据合理的路径开展装卸作业,缩短集卡运行距离,减少场内拥堵,提升作业效率。 Planning the loading and unloading operation path of container trucks based on the design and real-time status of the internal roads of the terminal is one of the effective means to optimize the control and scheduling of traffic flow in traditional container terminals.This paper proposes a stack level plan for determining the optimal path for operations in traditional container terminals.It clarifies how traditional container terminals,without AGV horizontal transportation equipment,can guide trucks to load and unload according to a reasonable path through GPS and directed graph solving,shorten the distance of truck operation,reduce on-site congestion,and improve operation efficiency.
