Research on Classification of Inventory Items Based on AHP Analysis

在智能制造的行业背景下,提高物资管理的水平和有货率,对于实现物料的精细化管理具有重要意义。大部分企业都遵循帕累托(ABC)物资分类管理原则,但多采用库存金额占比、依靠经验去纠偏,这是典型的定性管理。文章在物资分类管理中引入AHP分析法,通过对物资重要性的准则评价,分析相关影响因素,计算得出各类物资的权重,实现了由定性向定量物料管理的转变,改善了库存结构,优化了采购方式。

In the context of the intelligent manufacturing industry,improving the level of material management and availability is of great significance for achieving refined material management.Most enterprises follow the principle of Pareto(ABC)material classification management,but mostly use inventory proportion and rely on experience to correct deviations,which is a typical qualitative management.This paper introduces the AHP analysis method in material classification management,evaluates the importance of materials,analyzes relevant influencing factors,calculates the weights of various materials,and realizes the transformation from qualitative to quantitative material management,improves inventory structure,and optimizes procurement methods.
