1+X证书制度下物流专业“岗课赛证”育人机制的探索与实践——以闽西职业技术学院为例

Exploration and Practice of"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate"Education Mechanism for Modern Logistics Management Major Under 1+X Certificate System——Taking Minxi Vocational&Technical College as an Example

在“1+X”证书制度背景下,构建“岗课赛证”综合育人机制成为职业院校培养高素质技术技能型人才的重要手段和途径。闽西职业技术学院现代物流管理专业在新的职教发展要求下,以“1+X”证书试点为抓手,探索校企“双元主体”育人机制,开发群内“三阶递进”课程体系,建立教学“四方融合”评价体系,构建专业“五维协同”技能框架,在“岗课赛证”综合育人的实践中,全面提高了职业教育人才培养质量。

Under the background of the"1+X"certificate system,constructing a comprehensive education mechanism of"post-course-competition-certificate"has become an important means and approach for vocational colleges to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents.Under the new requirements of vocational education development,the Modern Logistics Management major of Minxi Vocational&Technical College is exploring the"1+X"certificate pilot as a starting point,exploring the"dual main body"education mechanism between schools and enterprises,developing a"three-stage progressive"curriculum system within the group,establishing a"four-way integration"evaluation system for teaching,and constructing a professional"five dimensional coordination"skill framework.Through the practice of"post-course-competition-certificate"comprehensive education,the quality of vocational education talent cultivation has been comprehensively improved.
