摘要
为了更好地支撑湛江空管站的管制运行,为未来湛江进近管制区空域规划、进离场航线设置及运行调配提出相关建议,针对现行进近管制区特点,分析了制约湛江进近管制区空域运行存在的主要问题,研究制定了新的空域与进离场航线规划方案,并通过AirTOp软件进行仿真,将新设计的方案与现行方案的运行效能进行对比。结果表明,新设计方案场景下进近管制区运行的效率和安全指标均优于现行方案场景;此外,应适时优化调整机场起降间隔、推进军民航协调,以适应各机场的发展需求。本文探讨的相关研究方法具有普适性,同样适用于其他进近管制区同类型的研究。
In order to support the control operation of Zhanjiang Air Traffic Control Station,some suggestions are put forward for the airspace planning,inbound and outbound routes setting and operation allocation of Zhanjiang approach control area.According to the characteristics of the current Approach Control Area,key problems restricting the airspace operation of Zhanjiang approach control area are analyzed,and a new airspace and inbound and outbound route planning scheme are developed.The simulation is carried out by AirTOp software,and the operation efficiency of the newly designed scheme is compared with that of the current scheme.The results show that the efficiency and safety indexes of the Approach Control Area under the new design scheme are better than those under the current scheme.In addition,airport takeoff and landing separation should be optimized and adjusted timely,and military and civil aviation coordination should be promoted to meet the development needs of airports.The relevant research methods discussed in this paper are universal and also applicable to similar research in other approach control areas.
