探索中国式教育投资改革之路——国内教育经济学者的研究与贡献

On the Process of Chinese Education Investment Reform: Researches of Domestic Education Economists and Their Achievements

教育经费是推进所有教育改革的基础物质保障,对于教育投资问题的研究则是教育经济学的核心研究内容之一。改革开放以来,国内教育经济学者以国家教育改革和社会发展需要为研究导向,综合运用教育经济学的经典理论和方法,对这一关键问题进行了持续研究和探索。本文从教育投资研究的本质问题、核心问题、时代性和本土性问题以及测算方法等多方面梳理了多年来国内学者们的代表性成果,提炼总结了以往研究的学术价值,以期对新时代深化教育投资的学术研究和实践工作提供可供参考的方向与启示。

Education funding provides fundamental material guarantee for promoting all education reforms,and the study of education investment is one of the core research contents of education economics.Since the reform and opening up,domestic scholars of education economics have conducted continuous research and exploration on this key issue with the needs of national education reform and social development as their research orientation,and by comprehensively applying the classical theories and methods of education economics.In this paper,we have sorted out the representative achievements of domestic scholars over the years from the essential issues,core issues,contemporary and local issues,and measurement methods of education investment research,and summarized the academic value of previous researches,with a view to providing referable directions and inspiration for deepening the academic research and practical work on education investment in the new era.
