军事飞行人员椎小关节损伤的影像诊断和飞行安全风险评估的专家共识

摘要 笔者在查阅文献与总结前期研究经验的基础上,结合医学专家鉴定组的讨论意见,对椎小关节损伤影像检查技术、影像诊断标准及飞行安全风险评估等要点问题做出回应,起草专家共识,旨在对军事飞行人员椎小关节损伤进行更精准化的医学鉴定,从而保证飞行安全。 On the basis of literature review,previous research and the experience gained from the medical identification expert group,we made an in-depth analysis of the major problems with imaging techniques,criteria for imaging diagnosis and evaluation of safety risks of facet joint injuries.Advice and expert consensus were offered in order to make medical identification more accurate and ensure safety for military pilots with facet joint injuries.
