聚氨酯塑胶跑道挥发性污染物吸附处理方法研究

摘要 为控制聚氨酯塑胶跑道挥发性污染物的浓度,降低挥发性污染物对人体的危害性,研究一种基于活性炭的聚氨酯塑胶跑道挥发性污染物吸附处理方法。此方法采用污泥作为活性炭的制作材料,以变废为宝的方式将其制作为粉状活性炭后,使用聚氨酯黏合剂,把粉状活性炭放在非织造布表面,作为聚氨酯塑胶跑道吸附层的功能材料,从活性炭制备温度、装填量、吸附层厚度三种工艺角度,研究吸附处理的最佳工艺条件。研究结果显示,当活性炭制备温度、装填量、吸附层厚度分别是35℃、4g、2层时,聚氨酯塑胶跑道挥发性污染物中甲苯污染物浓度被吸附后明显降低。 In order to control the concentration of volatile pollutants in polyurethane plastic runway and re-duce the harm of volatile pollutants to human body,a method of adsorption and treatment of volatile pollut-ants in polyurethane plastic runway based on activated carbon was studied.In this method,sludge was used as the production material of activated carbon,and it was made into powdered activated carbon in the way of turning waste into treasure.After that,polyurethane adhesive was used to place the powdered activated car-bon on the surface of nonwoven fabric as the functional material of the adsorption layer of polyurethane plas-tic runway.The best process conditions of the adsorption and treatment effect of pollutants were studied from the perspective of the preparation temperature of activated carbon,the loading amount and the thick-ness of the adsorption layer.The results show that when the preparation temperature of activated carbon,loading capacity and adsorption layer thickness are 35℃,4 g and 2 layers respectively,the concentration of toluene pollutants in the volatile pollutants of polyurethane plastic runway is significantly reduced after ad-sorption.
