基于“三生”空间协调的彭泽县空间适宜性评价与优化

摘要 以江西省彭泽县为例,在“三生”空间的要素识别和分类基础上,进行了国土空间开发建设适宜度的研究,综合评价了“三生”空间建设用地的适宜程度,深入探讨了以“三生”空间协调为基础的县域空间开发建设适宜性和空间分布模式,结果表明:全区的生产、生态和生活空间面积分别为375.93、1071.11和85.24 km2,分别占总面积的24.53%、69.90%和5.57%。生产空间主要集中在西部和北部,生活空间主要位于中部城镇和城市周边区域,而生态空间主要分布在南部和东部,沿着丘陵山地以及水域广泛分布。总体来看,彭泽县国土空间高适宜与中适宜区域较多,占彭泽县国土面积的42.31%左右,主要体现在水域、农村生活休闲空间和农业生产空间上;最适宜区域约占乡域总面积的43.91%,主要集中在基本农田和水系林地等生态空间;低适宜和不适宜地区约占乡域总面积的13.78%,主要分布在旱地区域。 Pengze County of Jiangxi Province was taken as an example,based on the identification and classification of the elements of production-living-ecological space,this paper studied the suitability of development and construction of the territorial space,comprehensively evaluated the suitability of the land for the construction of production-living-ecological space,and deeply discussed the suitability and spatial distribution model of the county spatial development and construction based on production-living-ecological space coordination.The results show that the area of production-living-ecological space in the region is 375.93,1071.11 and 85.24 km2 respectively,accounting for 24.53%,69.90%and 5.57%of the total area respectively.Production space is mainly concentrated in the west and north,and living space is mainly located in the central part of the country,including the towns and urban periphery,while the ecological space is mainly distributed in the south and east,and is widely distributed along the hills and mountains as well as the waters.Overall,Pengze County has a wide range of highly and moderately suitable areas in the county space,accounting for about 42.31%of the county’s land area.The focus is on waters,rural living and leisure space and agricultural production space.The most suitable areas account for about 43.91%of the countryside area,mainly including ecological spaces such as basic farmland and water system woodland.The low and unsuitable areas,account for more than 13.78%of the total area of the township,and are mainly located in the dryland areas.
