宁夏沿黄区域农业高质量发展水平测度

摘要 基于宁夏沿黄区域农业发展现状、农业高质量发展战略和要求,从科技创新、协调发展、绿色生产、产业效益、共享发展5个维度建立了农业高质量发展水平评价指标体系,运用熵权TOPSIS模型对宁夏沿黄区域农业高质量发展水平进行了测度,并结合障碍度模型分析了其影响因素。结果表明:宁夏2016—2020年农业高质量发展水平呈现出波动增长的趋势,5个维度发展相对协调;2020年宁夏沿黄区域的13个地区中西夏区的农业高质量发展水平最高,中宁县的农业高质量发展水平最低。鉴于此,提出了加大科技创新,助力高质量发展;提升产业效益,促进协调发展;重视绿色生产,实现可持续发展等对策建议。 Based on the current situation of agricultural development,the strategy and requirements for high-quality agricultural development in the Yellow River region of Ningxia,an evaluation index system for high-quality agricultural development level was established from five criteria layers:technological innovation,coordinated development,green production,industrial efficiency,and shared development.The entropy weighted TOPSIS model was used to measure the level of high-quality agricultural development in the Yellow River region of Ningxia,and then the obstacle model was used to analyze its influencing factors.The results show that the high-quality development level of agriculture in Ningxia from 2016 to 2020 showed a fluctuating growth trend,and the development of the five dimensions was relatively coordinated.In 2020,the highest level of high-quality agricultural development was found in the Western Xia region of the 13 counties along the Yellow River in Ningxia,while the lowest level was found in Zhongning County.In response to the above situation,we will increase technological innovation and assist in high-quality development,enhance industrial efficiency,promote coordinated development,emphasize green production and achieve sustainable development.
