摘要
为了保障汽车混流装配的效率和质量,降低生产成本以及缩短订单交付周期,通过对涂装车间与总装车间的序列差异进行分析,建立了对两个生产车间之间的汽车制造涂装-总装缓存调序区优化的数学模型。采用粒子群算法对所建立的假设模型进行求解,证明了新提出的模型和算法可以有效地解决缓冲区动态重排序调度问题,提高了生产效率。
To ensure the efficiency and quality of mixed-flow assembly,reduce production costs and shorten order lead times,this paper analyzes the sequence differences between paint shops and final assembly shops and establishes a mathematical model to optimize Painted Body Store(PBS)between the two production workshops.In this study,particle swarm optimization is used to solve the hypothetical model,which proves that the proposed model and algorithm can effectively solve the problem of dynamic buffer reordering scheduling,thereby improving production efficiency.
