中国的问题必须从中国基本国情出发,由中国人自己来解答。从认清近代中国社会性质夺取新民主主义革命胜利,到以苏为鉴探索中国自己的社会主义革命和建设道路;从立足社会主义初级阶段推进改革开放和社会主义现代化建设,到把握历史主动开创中国特色社会主义新时代;中国共产党自成立以来始终立足国情进行实践奋斗、理论探索和自身建设,从中国国情实际出发探索适合中国特点的革命、建设和发展道路,制定符合中国实际的路线、方针和政策,展现出鲜明的国情意识。中国共产党的国情意识以辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义为哲学基础,以科学认识国情、高度重视国情、积极改造国情为目标导向,以社会主要矛盾及其变化为分析重点,以深入开展调查研究为基本途径,体现了承认国情现实制约性与重视改造国情能动性的有机统一。新时代必须继续坚持国情意识,使这一科学的思维方式成为以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的有力思想武器。

China′s issues must be dealt with by Chinese people in light of the Chinese context.From Winning the New Democratic Revolution on the basis of recognizing the nature of modern Chinese society to exploring China′s own path of socialist revolution and construction by taking Soviet Union as a lesson;from promoting reform,opening-up and socialist modernization on the basis of the primary stage of socialism to grasping the historical initiative of ushering in a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics;Since its founding,the CPC has always conducted practical struggles,theoretical explorations and self-construction based on national conditions,exploring the road of revolution,construction and development suited to China′s characteristics,and formulating routes,policies and guidelines in line with China′s actual conditions,thus demonstrating a distinct awareness of national conditions.The CPC′s awareness of national conditions’philosophical foundations are dialectical materialism and historical materialism.Its orientation are scientific understanding of national conditions,attaching great importance to them,and actively transforming them.Its key target is the analysis of the major social contradictions and their changes.Its basic approach is taking in-depth investigations and research.It embodies the organic unity of recognizing the constraints of the national reality and attaching importance to the ability to transform national conditions.In the new era,we must continue to adhere to the awareness of national conditions,so that this scientific way of thinking can become a powerful ideological weapon to promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization.
