铁人精神是中华民族优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,蕴含着石油人对党忠诚、产业报国的赤子情怀,传承着不畏艰险、战天斗地的红色基因,体现了实事求是、求真务实的思想作风,代表了爱岗敬业、甘于奉献的崇高品格。铁人精神中的爱国、拼搏、奋斗、求实、奉献等红色基因不仅是重要的政治资源,更是高校立德树人的重要教育资源。自觉将铁人精神融入课程思政教学全过程,是提高课程思政教学育人成效的创新实践,对培养有理想、敢担当、能吃苦、肯奋斗的时代新人具有重要意义。

The iron-man spirit is a fundamental component of China′s excellent traditional culture.It encapsulates the sincere sentiments of the oil men who are faithful to the Party and country through industry.It carries on the red genes which are not hesitant to encounter challenges and risks,and are dedicated to fighting against the heavens and the earth.It epitomizes the ideological style that values truth from facts and seek truth and be pragmatic.It represents the high-minded character of selflessness and commitment to hard work.The red genes of patriotism,hard work,perseverance,truth-seeking,and devotion in the iron man-spirit are not only crucial political resources,but also essential educational resources for colleges and universities to foster morality and nurture people.Integrating the iron-man spirit into the whole process of ideological and political teaching in the curriculum is a novel approach to enhance the efficacy of ideological and political teaching in the curriculum.It is pivotal to cultivate contemporary individuals who possess ideals,are accountable,can persist in adversity,and are willing to struggle.
