超声波提取-电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定土壤中游离铁

摘要 建立了超声波提取-电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定土壤中游离铁含量。在传统方法的基础上,用超声波替换了水浴搅拌提取方式,降低了人工,提高了效率;力求提取方法的准确可靠,用超声波提取方式对提取温度和提取时间进行了探索,选出了提取温度为(80±5)℃,提取时间15 min的最佳提取条件;引入具有准确度高、快捷简便特点,并基于超声波提取的ICP-OES法使土壤游离铁的测定方法有了更多选择。该方法准确度加标回收率为97%~103%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.43%和0.79%,表明该方法对各类型土壤批量测定游离铁具有普遍适用性和可靠性。 A method for the determination of free-iron in soil by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry with ultrasonic extraction has been developed.On the basis of the traditional method,ultrasonic wave is used to replace the water-bath agitation extraction method,which reduces the labor force and improves the efficiency.In this paper,the extraction temperature and time were studied by ultrasonic wave,and the optimum extraction conditions were selected,which were(80±5)℃and 15 min respectively.The inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES)method with ultrasonic extraction,which has the characteristics of high accuracy,rapidity and simplicity,is introduced to make the determination method of free-iron in soil have more choices.The recoveries of this method were 97%-103%,and the RSD(n=6)were 1.43%and 0.79%,which indicated that this method was universally applicable and reliable for the batch determination of free iron in different types of soils.
