基于数字化平台的妇幼保健机构绩效管理

摘要 三级妇幼保健机构可通过绩效管理不断提升内涵质量。采用文献分析法和德尔菲法构建全面性与特异性、可操作性与敏感性相结合的医院内部绩效考核指标体系,包含前置要求、服务能力、服务质量、运行效率与成本控制、患者满意度5个一级指标、37个二级指标;同时搭建绩效监测与考核数字化平台,实现实时动态高效管理。经实践,医院服务能力、服务质量等方面不断提升。指出,建立标准化数据管理模式,充分发挥信息化优势,能够促进绩效管理精细化,持续提升妇幼医疗保健服务质量。 Third level maternal and child health institutions can continuously improve the connotation quality through performance management.Literature analysis and Delphi method were used to construct an internal hospital performance appraisal index system combining comprehensiveness and specificity,operability and sensitivity,including 5 first-level indicators of pre-requirement,service ability,service quality,operational efficiency and cost control,and patient satisfaction,and 37 second-level indicators.Furthermore,a digital performance monitoring and assessment platform was built to achieve real-time dynamic and efficient management.Through practice,the hospital's service ability and service quality had been continuously improved.Establishing standardized data management mode and giving full play to the advantages of informatization can promote the refinement of performance management and continuously improve the quality of maternal and child health care services.
