芬兰“研究为本”教师教育质量保障体系研究

A Study on the Quality Assurance System of Research-based Teacher Education in Finland

摘要 为了教育高质量发展,芬兰逐步构建出了以严格选拔为基础、质量保障制度为工具、课程设置为手段、教育实习为平台支持的“研究为本”教师教育质量保障体系,以建设一支高质量师资队伍,提升国家教育质量。经过文献分析,“研究为本”教师教育质量保障体系是利益共同体协商制定的,实现了基础、保障、手段与平台支持之间的互相促进,有利于教师教育共享与个性的兼顾,外部提高教育质量促进社会发展、内部激励教师教育实践主体,具有持续完善特性。 Finland has gradually established a research-based teacher education quality assurance sys⁃tem based on strict selection,quality assurance system as a tool,curriculum design as a means,and edu⁃cational internship as a platform support,in order to build a high-quality teaching staff and improve the quality of national education.After literature analysis,the research-based teacher education quality as⁃surance system was developed through consultation with a community of interests,achieving mutual pro⁃motion between foundation,guarantee,means,and platform support.It is conducive to balancing teach⁃er education sharing and individuality,improving education quality externally to promote social devel⁃opment,and motivating teachers to practice internally.It has the characteristic of continuous improve⁃ment.
