矿山废石制备砂石骨料的现状研究综述 被引量:2

摘要 目前,矿山废石大量堆存造成严重的土地资源浪费和环境污染。基础建设造成混凝土用量增长,机制砂石骨料的供应缺口巨大。由于多数矿山废石具有强度高、力学性能稳定的特点,因此可循环利用制成砂石骨料,既可消纳大量废石资源,又可以缓解砂石骨料的短缺。本文介绍了我国矿山废石资源排放现状,总结了在我国机制砂石供应的现状下,部分专家学者与企业对矿山废石制备砂石骨料的积极探索与实践结果。提出了矿山废石制备砂石骨料过程存在的一些问题,为矿山废石制备砂石骨料的资源化利用方式提供参考。 At present,a large amount of mine waste rock causes serious waste of land resources and environmental pollution.The infrastructure construction causes the concrete consumption to increase,and the mechanism sand aggregate supply gap is huge.Since most mine waste rock has the characteristics of high strength and stable mechanical properties,it can be recycled into aggregate,which can not only absorb a large amount of waste rock resources,but also alleviate the shortage of aggregate.This paper introduces the current situation of mine waste rock resource discharge in China,and summarizes the active exploration and practice results of some experts,scholars and enterprises in preparing sand aggregate from mine waste rock under the current situation of machine-made sand and stone supply in China.Some problems existing in the process of preparing aggregate from mine waste rock are put forward,which can provide reference for the resource utilization mode of preparing aggregate from mine waste rock.
