氨制冷机房门开启位置对氨气泄漏摩尔浓度的影响

摘要 以实际的氨制冷机房作为参考模拟对象,探究不同机房门相对位置下的氨气摩尔浓度扩散规律.根据氨气对人体影响情况的不同,选取不同泄漏时间进行氨气摩尔浓度对比分析,得出在水平高度1.6 m情况下,制冷机房两扇门设置在相邻两面墙时,操作人员约有37s时间逃生,相对墙开启两机房门时,操作人员约有33 s时间逃生;氨气触墙反弹形成涡旋,相对墙开启两机房门会使涡旋位置发生改变,加快氨气扩散速度,不利于操作人员安全逃生等结论.并对冷库两机房门相对位置进行合理建议,从而预防操作人员因气体中毒而导致的生命安全和财产损失等情况. The actual ammonia refrigeration plant room was used as a reference simulation object to explore the diffusion law of ammonia concentration under different relative positions of plant room doors.According to the different impact of ammonia on the human body,different leakage times were selected for comparative analysis of ammonia concentration,and it was concluded that in the case of 1.6 m height,the operator has about 37 s time to escape when the two doors of the refrigeration room were set on two adjacent walls,and about 33 s time to escape when the doors of the two rooms were opened relative to each other;ammonia touched the wall and bounces to form a vortex,and opening the doors of the two rooms relative to each other will make the vortex position change,accelerate the speed of ammonia diffusion,is not conducive to the safe escape of operators and other conclusions.The relative position of the two machine room doors of the cold storage was reasonably suggested,so as to prevent the operator′s life safety and property damage caused by gas poisoning.
