基于文献计量的农业指数保险态势分析

Situation Analysis of Agricultural Index Insurance Based on Bibliometrics

近年来农业指数保险研究的热点和前沿问题受到广泛关注。利用CiteSpace软件对农业指数保险的研究动态进行文献计量分析发现:国内外农业指数保险相关研究近年来呈现出发文量快速增长的趋势,中国和美国在该领域的影响力表现突出;国内研究热点主要为基差风险、费率厘定和保障功效等制度成效研究,国外更倾向于科技赋能、保障粮食安全和相关政策等实践改革的热点研究。针对中国目前农业指数保险现状,立足国情农情,创新保险产品,广泛借鉴国外科技服务、政策措施等的优秀经验,重视评估农业指数保险项目实施的综合效应,对于中国调整财政支农政策思路以及发挥农业保险支持功能具有重要意义。

In recent years,the central issues and frontier issues of agricultural index insurance research have received extensive attention.The research trends of agricultural index insurance were analyzed by using CiteSpace software,it was found that domestic and foreign researches related to agricultural index insurance show a trend of rapid increase in the number of articles published in recent years,and the influence of China and the United States are prominent;the domestic research focuses mainly on the basis risk,rate determination and security effectiveness of the system,while the foreign research focuses on the technology empowerment,food security and related policies.In the light of the current situation of agricultural index insurance in China,based on national conditions of agriculture,innovative insurance products,extensively learn from foreign scientific and technological services,policy measures and other excellent experience,and pay attention to evaluating the comprehensive effect of the implementation of agricultural index insurance projects,it is of great significance for China to adjust the financial support to agriculture policy thinking and exert agricultural insurance support function.
