全域旅游视角下北京市休闲农业和乡村旅游发展研究——以延庆区为例

Study on Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism Development in Beijing from the Perspective of Regional Tourism—Taking Yanqing District as an Example

乡村振兴战略背景下,北京市休闲农业和乡村旅游行业面临新形势和新要求,产业转型升级成为行业高质量发展的必经之路。为推动休闲农业和乡村旅游产业转型升级,中国逐渐催生出全域旅游视角下的休闲农业多样化和乡村旅游多元化的发展目标。以延庆区为例,通过文献搜集、调研等方法,梳理其休闲农业与乡村旅游的政策资源优势和发展契机,分析其产业经营规模、地域形象发展和乡村地区基础设施建设现状,归纳总结延庆区休闲农业和乡村旅游行业存在的资金有限、空间约束、产品供给单一、产业规模分散、人才队伍匮乏等方面的问题,并基于此提出全域旅游视角下延庆区休闲农业和乡村旅游高质量发展路径。

Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,Beijing's leisure agriculture and rural tourism industries are facing new situations and new requirements,and industrial transformation and upgrading have become the only way for the high-quality development of the industry.In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of leisure agriculture and rural tourism industry,China gradually gave rise to the development goals of diversification of leisure agriculture and rural tourism under the perspective of whole region tourism.Taking Yanqing district as an example,through literature collection,research and other methods,the policy resource advantages and development opportunities of leisure agriculture and rural tourism were combed,the industrial operation scale,regional image development and the current situation of infrastructure construction in rural areas were analyzed.The problems existing in the leisure agriculture and rural tourism industry in Yanqing district in terms of limited capital,space constraints,single product supply,industrial scale dispersion,and lack of talent team were summarized.Based on this,the high-quality development path of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Yanqing district from the perspective of global tourism was proposed.
