肝移植术后华氏巨球蛋白血症诊治及文献复习1例

摘要 肝移植术后可出现各种并发症,其中贫血是较常见的症状,如何对贫血进行鉴别诊断,需要对患者进行血液系统的全面检查,方能诊断明确并进行对因治疗。华氏巨球蛋白血症(waldenstrom’s macroglobulinemia,WM)是血液系统罕见的恶性肿瘤,移植后淋巴增殖性疾病多有报道,但WM在实体器官移植术后受者中尚未见报道。
