农村妇女是乡村发展的重要主体,脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴战略均关注农村妇女的发展需求问题并积极探索纾困举措。本文基于摩塞社会性别需求理论,改编获得符合本土情境的社会性别需求表格,用以学理化探索乡村振兴背景下的妇女发展实践满足农村妇女需求问题。本文将乡村振兴战略实践中妇女发展需求满足的路径进行类型化区分:实用高效型、战略应答型及混合提升型。并分别援引典型案例以对不同路径进行诠释。研究表明,未来乡村振兴战略实践和政策设计需要进一步基于性别平等理念挖掘农村妇女发展潜力,推动农村妇女全方面发展,推进乡村振兴战略全面实施。

Rural women are important subjects in rural development.Poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategies both pay attention to the development needs of rural women and actively explore relief measures.This article is based on Moser's theory of gender needs and adapted it to obtain a gender demand table that fits the local context,so as to theoretically and chemically explore the issue of women's development practices in the context of rural revitalization to meet the needs of rural women.This article classifies the paths for meeting women's development needs in rural revitalization:practical and efficient,strategic response and mixed improvement.Typical cases are cited to explain different paths.Research shows that future rural revitalization practice and policy design need to further tap the development potential of rural women based on the concept of gender equality,promote the all-round development of rural women,and promote the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
