摘要
农药自从被使用后,农产品的质量以及产量被大大提升,但农药被广泛应用的同时也带来了农药残留问题。农药残留影响着我们生活的方方面面。从我们食用的果蔬,茶叶,到我们所生活的环境,无不受着农药残留的影响,“农残超标”常常引起人们热议,本文简单对农药进行了分类,论述了农药对食品安全和环境健康的影响,重点讨论了缓解农药残留的方法,并提出了多种绿色农耕模式,介绍了绿色农药,从规范农民使用农药使用的时间,次数,用量,采用现代化绿色农业生产方式,到对农产品的生长过程进行科学化,数字化,精确化监管,从农产品品种的优化研究到普及农残检测。
Since the application of pesticides,there has been a notable improvements in the quality and yield of agricultural products.However,alongside their widespread use,pesticides have led to significant concern about pesticide residue.Pesticide residues affect every aspect of our lives,from the fruits,vegetables and tea leaves we consume to the broader environment context.The issue of excessive pesticide residues frequently sparks public debate.This article briefly classifies pesticides and discusses the impact of pesticides on food safety and environmental health.It focuses on strategies to mitigate pesticide residue impact,proposing various green farming models.The paper details green pesticides,encompassing standardization of pesticide application in terms of timing,frequency,and dosage,adaptation of modern green agricultural practice,the scientific,digital,and precise monitoring of agricultural product growth process,the optimization of research on agricultural product varieties,and the popularization of pesticide residue detection.
