摘要
本文通过对润湿分散剂、增稠剂、砂磨时间等的筛选,开发出20%吡唑·噻呋酰胺悬浮剂配方及生产工艺,并解决了低熔点原药悬浮剂易析晶问题。其最佳配方组成为:10%吡唑醚菌酯、10%噻呋酰胺、2%多芳基酚聚醚改性物、3%三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐、1%木质素CA、1.5%的梳状聚羧酸盐、0.15%黄原胶、1%硅酸镁铝、3%乙二醇、0.3%卡松、0.3%消泡剂1860、水补足100%。田间药效试验表明,20%吡唑·噻呋酰胺悬浮剂对小麦纹枯病有较好防效。
This study details the development of 20%Pyraclostrobin·Thifluzamide SC formulation,achieved through screening wetting dispersant,thickening agent and optimization of grinding time.the optimum formulation and production process effectively addresses the crystallization issue commonly associated with low melting point active ingredient suspension.The finalized formula consists of 20%TC(10%Pyraclostrobin,10%Thifluzamid),2%Polyarylphenol polyethers,3%Tristyrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate,1%Lignin CA,1.5%Polycarboxylate,0.15%viscosity regulator Xanthan gum,1%magnesium aluminium silicate,3%ethylene glycol,0.3%Kathon,0.3%defoamer,and water to compete 100%.The field efficacy test showed that 20%Pyraclostrobin·Thifluzamide SC suspension had superior control against wheat sheath blight.
