变频控制永磁同步电动机在梅钢冷却塔的应用

摘要 介绍了变频控制永磁同步电动机的工作原理及梅钢机械通风冷却塔应用变频控制永磁同步电动机直驱风机替换原有风机驱动装置的成功案例。与传统冷却塔风机驱动系统相比,变频控制永磁同步电动机直驱冷却塔风机具有传动效率高、结构简单、节能环保、故障少等优点,应用前景广阔。 The paper introduces the working principle of frequency control permanent magnet synchronous motor,as well as the successful case of that the original fan drive de⁃vice was replaced with frequency control permanent magnet synchronous motor direct-drive fan in machinery ventilation cooling tower of Meisteel.Compared with the traditional cooling tower fan drive system,frequency control permanent magnet synchronous motor direct-drive cooling tower fan has the advantages of high transmission efficiency,simple structure,energy saving and environmental protection,less faults,etc.,the application prospect is broad.
