通过对兴业柳钢石灰窑制粉系统设计的分析,找出影响达产因素,拟定提产措施。从干燥出力、研磨出力、通风出力三个方面进行分析论证,并结合生产实践最终得出提高制粉系统能力的有效途径。

By analyzing the design of the lime kiln pulverizing system of Xingye Liu⁃gang Company,it found out the factors affecting the production,so as to formulate measures to improve the production.An effective way to improve the capacity of the pulverizing mak⁃ing system is finally derived from the analysis and demonstration from three aspects of dry⁃ing capacity,grinding capacity and aerated capacity,and combined with the production practice.
