摘要
循环流化床固硫灰渣由于其特性,在制陶粒煅烧过程中会产生大量SO_(2)及SO_(3),给后端环保设施处理带来较大的困难。为了确保达标排放,从烟气成分、烟气温度以及处理工艺角度进行分析,结合工程经验,提出了一套可靠的综合烟气处理工艺,为循环流化床固硫灰渣综合利用提供了保障。
Due to the characteristics of circulating fluidized bed combustion ash and slag,a large amount of SO_(2)and SO_(3)will be generated during the calcination process of making ceramic pellets,which will bring more difficulties to the treatment of back-end envi⁃ronmental protection facilities.In order to ensure that the emission standards are met,analy⁃sis from the perspective of flue gas composition,flue gas temperature and treatment process are carried out combining with engineering experience.A set of reliable and comprehensive flue gas treatment process is proposed for the comprehensive utilization of circulating fluid⁃ized bed combustion ash and slag.
