核电厂设备知识图谱辅助应用技术研究

摘要 利用智能技术为核电厂现场维修和故障分析提供支持,已成为行业精细化管理和高质量发展的关键所在。本文深入研究了知识图谱技术在设备故障分析中的应用模式,并详细探讨了图谱的构建过程以及实际应用场景。此外,对于设备知识图谱开发的关键环节也进行了全面分析,并提出了潜在应用场景和具体实施路径。以设备知识图谱问答实验为例,本文精心设计了预设值的问题模板,并进行了客观的指标评估。同时,本文还对图谱构建与应用过程中可能遇到的工作难点进行了评估,并对知识图谱在核电厂设备管理方面的应用方向和内容进行了深入探讨。实验证明,设备知识图谱可解决核电厂设备检修相关问题并满足需求。 Utilizing intelligent technologies to support on-site maintenance and fault analysis in nuclear power plants has become key to the industry’s fine-grained management and high-quality development.This paper delves into the application patterns of knowledge graph technology in equipment fault analysis and discusses in detail the construction process and practical application scenarios of the graph.Furthermore,a comprehensive analysis of the key phases in the development of an equipment knowledge graph is conducted,outlining potential application scenarios and specific implementation paths.Using an equipment knowledge graph Q&A experiment as an example,the paper meticulously designs preset question templates and conducts objective performance evaluations.Additionally,the paper assesses potential challenges in the construction and application of the graph and thoroughly explores the direction and content of knowledge graph applications in nuclear power plant equipment management.The empirical evidence demonstrates that equipment knowledge graphs can effectively address issues related to equipment maintenance in nuclear power plants and meet various requirements.
