由《外科正宗》“脏毒”理论辨治肛肠疾病

Syndrome differentiation and treatment of anorectal diseases based on the theory of anal cryptitis in Orthodox Manual of External Diseases

基于《外科正宗》“脏毒”理论阐述浊毒特性及病变阶段,结合微生态观、微循环观及肛肠部位解剖结构,认为“脏毒”好发于肛肠部位,具有趋下入腑、胶着稠厚、秽浊势烈的特点,治疗需注重内外合治、保津护胃、通腑化浊。

The characteristics and pathological stages of turbid toxin were expounded based on the theory of"anal cryptitis"in Orthodox Manual of External Diseases.Combined with microecology,microcirculation and anatomical structure of anorectal parts,it is believed that"anal cryptitis"was prone to occur in anorectal parts,and with the characteristics such as feeling of falling and swelling,thick adhesion and strong turbidity.The treatment should pay attention to combined internal-external treatment,protecting body fluid and nursing stomach,and eliminating turbidity by purging the bowels.
