轻质快硬无机泡沫在煤矿冒顶区的应用

摘要 针对煤矿如何治理高冒区的难题,介绍了一种轻质快硬无机泡沫在煤矿冒顶区的应用技术。试验得出了不同水灰质量比条件下无机发泡材料的性能,通过正交试验分析了施工工艺参数对无机泡沫凝胶时间、发泡倍数的影响。通过在主运石门巷冒顶空间的充填应用表明,一体化泡沫制备输送平台,可大大减少施工工序和人力物力,真正实现连续充填、高效快捷。 The paper introduces the application of lightweight and fast-hardening inorganic foam to solve the management problem of top coal caving zones.The inorganic foam with different water-cement mass ratios was tested.Orthogonal tests showed the influence of construction parameters on the gel time and foaming times of the inorganic foam.The filling application in the roof-falling zones in the main transportation roadways showed that the integrated foam preparation and transportation platform could reduce the construction process,man power,and material resources,which could realize continuous filling,high efficiency,and rapidity.
