上榆泉煤矿掘进工作面智能化建设实践与探索

摘要 在掘进工作面智能化建设中,上榆泉煤矿在原有设备自动化的基础上,通过加装5G网络系统、远程控制系统、视频监控系统、危险区域人员接近识别报警系统、自主导航定位系统和地面井下两级集控系统,实现了一键启停、自动截割、远程控制、自主定向导航、工况监测、故障诊断、双向语音通话等功能,已达到掘进工作面省级中级智能化水平。但是支护设备的智能化水平较低,多设备之间的数据未进行多源异构融合,可视化远程干预操作效果不佳,智能化设备运行维护困难等制约了上榆泉煤矿掘进工作面智能化水平的再度提升,一体化新型永久支护工艺的研究、智能高效喷涂技术的研发、智能掘进机器人群的研发等是上榆泉煤矿对掘进工作面智能化建设的未来展望和规划。 In the intelligent construction of the excavation working face,the spirit of bold practice and innovation presents in Shangyuquan Coal Mine.Based on the automation of the original equipment,Shangyuquan Mine has realized functions,such as one-click start-stop,automatic cutting,remote control,autonomous directional navigation,working condition monitoring,fault diagnosis,and two-way voice call by installing a series of systems,including the 5G network system,remote control system,video surveillance system,identification alarm system for personnel approaching dangerous areas,autonomous navigation and positioning system,and ground and underground two-level centralized control system,which has reached the provincial intermediate intelligence level of excavation face.However,the problems,such as the low intelligent level of the support equipment,lack of multi-source heterogeneous integration of the data between multiple equipment,ineffective visualization remote intervention,and difficult maintenance of intelligent equipment,still restrict the innovation of intelligent level of excavation face.The integrated new permanent support technology,intelligent and efficient spraying technology,and intelligent digging machine crowd are the focus of the intelligent construction of the excavation face in Shangyuquan Mine in the future.
