空间效应视角下金融集聚对长三角地区制造业转型升级的影响研究

The Impact of Financial Agglomeration on the Transformation and Upgrading of Manufacturing Industry from the Perspective of Spatial Effect:A Case Study of the Yangtze River Delta Region

党的二十大报告为“建设制造强国”提供了行动指南,基于长三角地区41个城市2006—2020年制造业以及金融业相关数据,在对金融集聚以及制造业转型升级进行界定的基础上,从空间效应视角研究金融集聚对制造业转型升级的影响,并进一步从分行业视角和外部性视角对金融集聚进行定义,分析其异质性。研究结果表明金融集聚对制造业升级具有促进作用,除分行业下保险行业对制造业升级影响不显著外,其他情况下长三角地区金融集聚对制造业升级均具有空间溢出效应。对此,提出强化长三角地区金融集聚效应,扩大金融中心辐射范围,加强金融基础设施建设,结合发展环境变化调整金融内部行业结构等建议。

The Report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China provides action guidelines for“building a strong manufacturing country”.Based on the relevant data of manufacturing and financial industry in 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2006 to 2020,this paper defines financial agglomeration and the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,and studies the influence of financial agglomeration on the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry from the perspective of spatial effect.It also defines financial agglomeration from the perspective of sub-industry and externality,and analyzes its heterogeneity.The results show that financial agglomeration can promote the upgrading of manufacturing industry.Except for the insurance industry,which has no significant impact on the upgrading of manufacturing industry,financial agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta region has a spatial spillover effect on the upgrading of manufacturing industry in other cases.In this regard,this paper proposes to strengthen the financial agglomeration effect in the Yangtze River Delta region,expand the radiation range of the financial center,strengthen the construction of financial infrastructure,and adjust the structure of the internal financial industry according to the changes in the development environment.
