原发性痛经(primary dysmenorrhea,PD)是一种常见的妇科疾病,穴位贴敷治疗PD具有显著作用。通过对穴位贴敷治疗PD机制进行归纳分析,发现穴位贴敷治疗PD的作用机制包括多个方面。穴位贴敷可以调节内分泌激素、释放镇痛物质、减轻炎症反应、调控子宫机械因素,改善子宫收缩和舒张,从而减轻PD引起的疼痛和不适。对穴位贴敷治疗PD的多途径效应差异机制进行研究,可以帮助我们更好地了解其作用机制,为临床优化穴位贴敷治疗PD方案提供科学依据。

Primary dysmenorrhea(PD)is a common gynecological disease,and acupoint application therapy has a significant effect in treating the disease.By summarizing and analyzing the mechanisms of acupoint application therapy on PD,it is found that they involve multiple aspects,such as regulating endocrine hormones,releasing analgesic substances,reducing inflammatory responses,modulating uterine mechanical factors,and improving uterine contractions and relaxation,which can all alleviate pain and discomfort caused by PD.Studying the differential mechanisms of the multi-pathway effects of acupoint application therapy on PD and better understanding them help provide a scientific basis for optimizing clinical acupoint application therapies in the treatment of PD.
