中西医对肠道菌群与冠心病关系的研究及治疗进展

Study on the relationship between intestinal flflora and coronary heart disease in Chinese medicine and western medicine and the progress in its treatment

冠心病即冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病,根据其主要发病特征与临床表现,可将冠心病归为中医的“胸痹”“心痛”等病。冠心病的发病机制十分复杂,动脉粥样硬化是冠心病发病的病理基础,近年研究发现肠道菌群不仅可以加速动脉粥样硬化的发生,同时具有抗动脉粥样硬化的作用。本文分别从中医学和西医学角度对肠道菌群与动脉粥样硬化的关系进行综述,同时总结了中西医通过调节肠道菌群治疗冠心病的方法,系统阐述了肠道菌群组成及其代谢产物与冠心病的关系。为探索肠道菌群与冠心病的关系及中西医结合治疗冠心病提供更多参考。

Coronary heart disease,or coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,can be classified as"chest bi"or"heartache"in traditional Chinese medicine according to its main characteristics and clinical manifestations.In view of the complexity of its pathogenesis,atherosclerosis(AS)is held to be its pathological basis.Recent studies have found that intestinal flora can accelerate the occurrence of AS on one hand,and have the effect of anti-atherosclerosis on the other hand.In this paper,the relationship between intestinal flora and atherosclerosis is reviewed from the perspectives of both Chinese medicine and western medicine,and the methods of treating coronary heart disease by regulating intestinal flora in the two medical system are summarized,and the relationships between intestinal flora compositions and its metabolites and the disease are systematically expounded,aiming at providing more reference for exploring the relationship between intestinal flora and coronary heart disease and its treatment of integrated Chinese and western medicine.
